Life of an Order - How It Works at UG Customs

Ordering custom apparel should be simple, clear, and stress-free. Here’s how we make it happen from start to finish:


1. Prepare Your Artwork

To get the cleanest, sharpest prints, follow our artwork guidelines:
✔️ Design at final print size
✔️ Use vector files (.AI or .EPS)
✔️ Or raster files at 300 DPI (.PSD or .TIFF)

2. Choose Your Garments

We offer hundreds of styles from the best brands in the industry: Next Level, American Apparel, Shaka Wear, Independent Trading Co, Sport-Tek, Gildan and more.
From tees to hoodies, hats to workwear - we’ll help you find the right fit.


3. Submit Your Order

Add your items to the cart and upload your artwork directly on the product page.
Once we receive your order, we’ll reach out within 1 business day.
🚨 In a rush? Call us—we’ll make it happen.


4. Make Payment

We accept:

  • Credit card

  • Zelle, Venmo, Cash App

  • Cash or check* (local only)
    *Checks must be approved and take 1–2 business days to clear.


5. Production Begins

Once payment is received, we’ll:
✅ Send you a digital proof
✅ Order your blanks
✅ Start printing as soon as you approve the proof

Screen printing turnaround: ~10 business days
DTF, DTG, and signs: Usually faster


6. Order Complete!

We’ll contact you when your order’s ready.
Local? Enjoy free delivery.
Out of town? We ship FREE anywhere in the U.S. via UPS or USPS.
